Earn Points: Convert your monthly fees into points at a rate of $1 = 1 point.
Redeem with Ease: Use points for any of our premium services or products.
Enjoy Discounts: Receive discounts on all offerings (with a few exceptions).
Pre-Finance Treatments: No need for credit cards or third-party financing.

Terms and Conditions

Discount Policy: The highest available discount will be applied to products or services at the time of treatment. Discounts cannot be combined. For example, if you have a 10% discount and there’s a promotion offering a higher percentage off, you’ll receive the better rate, but discounts cannot be combined.
Points and Discounts: Points and discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable. Welcome and birthday gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exclusions: Discounts on products cannot be applied to certain medications, including but not limited to Latisse, compounded melanin suppression cream, and hair stimulating lotion.
Point Expiry: Points must be redeemed within one year as they will expire after that time.
Membership Commitment: A minimum 6-month membership commitment is required. After 6 months, memberships become month-to-month.
Cancellations and Holds: Cancellations or holds after the initial 6 months, can be requested up to 7 days before the start of the final participation month, and must be communicated in writing via email, text, or a note.
Set-Up Fee: There is a “set up fee” equivalent to the VIP member fee, applied as the final month membership fee.
Welcome Gifts: Welcome gifts are for first-time members only and are not applicable to repeat cancel-resumed memberships.
Upgrade Benefits: When upgrading membership levels, you’ll receive additional items in the welcome gift specific to the new level, not previously received.
Payment Policy: Membership fees for the month of service must be paid in full to receive benefits (points, discounts, and perks like birthday treatments). Members in arrears may have their membership subject to cancellation at the clinic’s discretion.
Point Conversion: Membership fees are converted to points at a rate of $1/point. Points will be used as the first form of payment for products and services. Any remaining balance is to be paid in Canadian dollars at the time of service by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Debit.
Automatic Billing: Participants consent to have monthly VIP fees automatically charged to their credit card.
HST: HST will be applied as required.
